The food was good, but too crowded, everything was too cramped and too loud, for me it was more of a snack bar than a restaurant, service without asking if we were finished, plates tidied up so that we could make room for others faster, everything was very unfriendly.

The food was fine, but the employees are not trained enough because of the hygienic things that the employees are not clean

Overall very bad experience. Starting with the premises. For me personally it is much too upscale for a kebab shop. But that's just my opinion. Then we get the menu, where instead of kebab it said "rotisserie", which I didn't think was okay. When we got our food, we got a sauce container where cream sauce usually comes in, with the garlic sauce for 4 people and the kebab etc. had no sauce on it 🙄. In the end, the doner kebab didn't taste that good either, and the fries weren't crispy either. So yes, 1 star what can you say about it.

I went to dinner last Friday. Really great selection of grill dishes, and something delicious. No wonder that you always have to wait for a seat here. But, it's definitely worth it. For me it is by far the best Turkish restaurant I have eaten in! Also a lot of guests from neighboring Switzerland. We were all absolutely thrilled. My personal tip is the chicken skewer with side dishes. And, for dessert, a typical Turkish sweet pastry.

The restaurant is unfortunately always overcrowded and the atmosphere is hectic. The food is served quickly and tastes great. Great food from the grill. The prices are very fair. Always happy to be here.

The quality and taste are there, the prices have increased a little but we still enjoy it. You have to be motivated to line up when it's crowded but it's totally worth it and the wait is reasonable. Otherwise take out it's even faster when you want to eat at home

It's always full and it's loud ... BUT it's damn good too. Personally, I love coming here. The food is always fresh and delicious. Here you can taste the love of Turkish cuisine. Everything I've eaten so far has been just great. But my absolute favorite is the ADANA KEBAP.

Super tasty and large portions. Prices okay. Although it was busy, we got our food quickly. You get sauce and bread for free when it runs out. Therefore: everything is perfect! Can't give more than 5 stars unfortunately ...

Not good. We ordered Adana Kebab and a grill plate. Little meat, little fries, a lot of salad, and the meat and bread smelled of gasoline. There was no chai - in a Turkish restaurant! We were super disappointed. I am not coming back.

Food was good but it is overcrowded. There is not enough COVID safety distance between tables. They care about making money by filling the place up but not about the safety of their customers.

Very warm welcome and their dishes are delicious. It’s the best restaurant in the area for me. We go there very often and we have never been disappointed. They just increased their prices a bit, but hey. They get very busy at all times but the service is still pretty fast I think. I highly recommend!

This is our first time to eat at the Grill Haus and we are surprised at the hustle and bustle of how good the food tastes. I ate a lamb skewer which was very tasty and tender. Rarely get such good lamb, and the garlic sauce first !! A poem!! The bread with it ... delicious! Highly recommended.

Very good restaurant. Not really expensive and they serve dishes from Turkey. The quality of the food is good, although sometimes the meat is a little bit raw.

Servings are big. Waiting times are okay. Indoor and outsoor seating though mind the smokers!! I dislike the disrepectful smoking when you spend money for a good taste. Price is good. Güveç: tender pieces of lamb, potatoea , tomatoes, green chilli is perfect at 7Euro and comes with a lot of bread. Noticed most people do not finish their plate and take away is allowed. Packed in alu and plastic carry bag
